If you don't live in the Ottawa area, we can complete the first consultation over the phone or via email. We will send albums to anywhere in the world. We are hoping to expand our business in the future to offer a wider range of album sizes and other scrapbooking services such as scrapbooking classes and card parties. FrequentlyAsked Questions
How long will it take for my album to be completed?
Albums usually take 4 to 8 weeks to complete depending on how complex the project is. At the first meeting we will decide together on the amount of time for completion. A 12 X 12, 20 page album usually takes about 6 weeks.
What if I need the album completed sooner?
A rush can be put on an album. There may be an additional cost depending on how quickly the album is needed. Arrangements can be made at the first meeting.
Am I able to see some of my pages before the album is finished?
Yes, of course you can. Photographs of your album pages can be emailed to you as they are created if you are interested.
How many photographs can I have per page?
12 x 12 album pages can fit from one to five photographs. At the first meeting a questionnaire is completed to determine the best way to arrange your photographs. It is usuallly a good idea to have varying numbers of photographs per page depending on what the theme or focus is. A variety of photograph sizes is also good to add variety.
What if I don't want my photographs cropped?
When you fill out your questionnaire, you can state your preference for the cropping of photos. Photographs can either be left as is or cropped to your specifications. Photos can also be cut to the contour of the subject if desired.
What if I want to do the journaling on my pages myself?
Journaling blocks can be left blank for you to fill in when you receive your album.
Do you service countries other than Canada?
Yes. We can carry out the first meeting over the phone or by email. You will also fill out the questionnaire which specifies how you would like your album to look. Pictures can be sent my regular mail or email. There is an additonal cost for the printing of photographs. See "Other Services" on our Packages page.
