Contract and Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in purchasing one of our memory album packages. There are several steps in setting up your album package.
Step 1
Before filling out our contract and questionnaire, there are a few things that you need to get together. You will need to gather the photographs and memorabilia that you wish to have in your album in order to fill out your contract and questionnaire.
Step 2
Print a copy of our contract and questionnaire (one file) and fill it in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to help you fill in your contract and questionnaire.
Step 3
Have your first consultation with Sandpiper Memories to discuss the specific needs of your album package. This consultation can be done via phone, email or in person if you live in the Ottawa area. During the consultation, the deposit and time frame will be determined.
Step 4
Sign your contract and send it, along with your deposit to Sandpiper Memories at :
