There are a variety of album packages available. The "12X12" package is an album that creatively displays your memories. The 8X8" package offers a more economical pages that is great if you want something more simple. It makes a great family "brag book" for grandparents and other relatives. If you don't see what you are looking for, we can customize your album so that you get exactly what you want.

12X12 Album Package
$14 for every page above 20
• Title Page (or extra page, customer choice)
• Your choice of 12 x 12 cardstock and paper.
• Photographs cropped based on your description, matted,
and adhered to the page
• Title on each page (if desired) as specified by you
• Journaling area on each page as written by you, typed
and printed by us (journaling can bee handwritten if
preferred)
• 1-3 embellishements per page selected from the
embellishment list
• 1-5 photographs per page
• 19 single layouts and Title Page as described above
• Includes album
• Includes shipping of the completed album by Canada
Post.

Do you have your own supplies?
Do you have your own album? Take of $15 off for the 12X12 album package and $10 off for the 8X8 album package.
If you have supplies that you would like us to use, we can do that too. (ie. paper, embellishments, stickers).

If you have some supplies and want us to provide some too, we can work out a cost together.

How to Start the Process
Communication can be done via email, phone, or in person. Our detailed questionnaire was created to help us get a snapshot of what you would like us to create.

Contract and Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in purchasing one of our memory album packages. There are several steps in setting up your album package.
Step 1
Before filling out our contract and questionnaire, there are a few things that you need to get together. You will need to gather the photographs and memorabilia that you wish to have in your album in order to fill out your contract and questionnaire.
Step 2
Print a copy of our contract and questionnaire (one file) and fill it in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to help you fill in your contract and questionnaire.
Step 3
Have your first consultation with Sandpiper Memories to discuss the specific needs of your album package. This consultation can be done via phone, email or in person if you live in the Ottawa area. During the consultation, the deposit and time frame will be determined.

Sign your contract and send it, along with your deposit to Sandpiper Memories at :

Other Services
Journaling on the Computer
Provide us with the text that you want for journaling. We will type it up and print it and include it in your album. There are a variety of fonts to choose from. Journaling can be handwritten too, if desired. You will notice that many of our sample pages are handwritten, which is the preference of some customers. There is no additional cost for computer journaling. See our packages to find out the journaling that is included in our albums.
Memory Albums
There are many types of albums available in a variety of colours and styles. Each page has a page protector. Albums are made by MBI. Albums cost $15 if your package contains five or fewer pages.
Scanning of Photographs
Photographs can be scanned if you need the original. Memorabilia can also be scanned as well as any other item you wish. 0.25 cents per photograph
Printing of Photographs
If you provide us with digital photos we will print them on high quality photo paper. A matte finish is usually used, however, a glossy finish is also available. Cropping of photos can be done before printing if desired. 0.25 cents per photograph
Touching Up Photographs
We can fix red-eye and colour balance in photographs. Photographs can also be altered to black and white or sepia. 0.25 cents per photograph
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required after the first consultation. The first consultation can be done in person, by email or over the phone. A contract and questionnaire will also be filled out to decide the features that you wish to include in your album. Please note that the remainder of the payment must be paid before receiving your album. Methods of payment include Paypal, personal cheques, money orders. and cash if you live in the Ottawa area.
